Mackerel with Horseradish and New Potatoes

Ingredients: 

1 pack of smoked mackerel

1 tablespoon of horseradish

10 new potatoes

Rocket 

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

 

Method

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes, until they are tender. Drain them.

Take out the mackerel pieces and take off the skin. Tear apart into large and small pieces, they will tear very easily.

Put the potatoes into a bowl and put 1 tablespoon of horseradish in the bowl. Mix together, until the potatoes are well coated.

Time to plate up. Place a few leaves of rocket on a plate, then put the potatoes onto of the rocket. Place the torn mackerel on top of the potatoes, finally, add salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil over the top.
