Bhindi (Okra) Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients

250g fresh okra cut into long slices

2 medium sized potatoes cut into long slices

1 small onion cut into long slices

1 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. chilli powder

1 tbs. sunflower

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat the oil and fry onions till soft and then add in the potatoes.
  2. Stir for a while and add in the sliced okra.
  3. Add the salt, turmeric, and chilli powder and stir the mixture until the potatoes are cooked.

Serve hot with chappatis and yoghurt.
