Stir fried chicken with egg noodles


1 red pepper

1 chicken breast

1 bak choy

1 pk egg noodles

1 table spoon soy sauce

1 table spoon rice wine

½ teaspoon garlic

½ teaspoon ginger



First cut the chicken into small pieces.

Then marinate in the rice wine and soy sauce.

Cut the peppers and bak choy into similar sized pieces and stir fry until peppers start to soften. Add the chicken, ½ teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon ginger

and cook for several minutes. Then add the egg noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continually.
