Mixed Vegetable Recipe


50 gms. Baby corn

50 gms. snow peas

1 large courgette

1 onion (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes cut into small pieces

2 cloves garlic

1 small piece ginger

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp. garam masala

1 red whole chilli

1 tbs. sunflower oil



  1. Heat up the oil in a pan, when it is hot add in the cumin seeds.
  2. Add in the chilli, garlic and onions and fry till the onions are soft.
  3. Add in the tomatoes and the garam masala and fry for a bit. Add salt.
  4. Add in all the vegetables and stir until cooked. Note you can add a spoon of water if the vegetables stick to the base.


Garnish with coriander and serve hot with pitta bread and yoghurt.
